I can not install Hikashop bussiness version

Hi Mr Bai,
i alwayd heard good stuff about hikashop
i can not install his bussiness version;i changed upload_max_filesize and post_max_size in xampp/php/ php.ini
but in my system info.--it's still 2Mb, how can i change that?? many thanks
