phocaguestbook安装出现问题

白大侠你好用JOOMLA!建站我刚入门)
用的是joomla1.5的版本.
原来装过phocaguestbook v1.1.0,没完全安装成功,感觉用不了就卸载了.
现在安装就出更多问题了如下问怎么解决.....
