关于configuration.php不可写的问题。急啊急！！！

我做了个网站，用的是国外的http://members.000webhost.com免费空间。所有的都上传完了。但是导入数据安装的时候说configuration.php Writable 不可写。显示的是No You can still continue the installation as the configuration settings will be displayed at the end. You will just have an extra step to perform to upload the code by hand. Click in the text area to highlight all of the displayed code and then Copy and Paste into a new file name it as configuration.php and upload this to your site root folder. 希望各位大哥帮下小弟，，头都大了。。到底是什么原因啊。。在线等QQ76087151
