JCE 无法安装 0.0
日前安装一个 Joomla! 3.1.1 的网站，在安装 JCE ( com_jce_2324 ) 时却发生无法安装的问题。
错误讯息如下：
DateTime::__construct() [datetime.--construct]: Failed to parse time string (jerror) at position 0 (j): The timezone could not be found in the database
